Targeting the Polish market? Connect with suppliers, subcontractors, and regional partners in Warmia and Mazury during the Open to Scandinavia 2026 trip.
Join the 13th edition of Open to Scandinavia, a focused B2B and conference event taking place in Olsztyn, Poland, from 17–19 June 2026. Organised by the Enterprise Europe Network at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn in cooperation with the Marshal’s Office of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodeship, the event is designed to connect Scandinavian companies with ambitious and export-ready businesses from the Warmia and Mazury region.

A total of 10 companies from Denmark, Finland and Sweden are selected for the trip. One representative from each selected company will receive a fully funded participation package, including:
- Return flights
- Local transport in Poland
- Two nights’ accommodation (minimum 3-star hotel) with breakfast
- Full catering, including a welcome dinner and official conference lunch
Programme highlights
17 June: Arrival and welcome dinner
18 June: Conference, expert sessions and pre-arranged B2B meetings, followed by a guided tour of Olsztyn’s Old Town
19 June: Departure
The conference programme includes expert-led sessions on Nordic-Polish business culture, purchasing decision-making in Scandinavia, certification and quality standards, and practical expectations from Nordic partners. Interactive workshops will provide additional tools to support successful market entry and collaboration.
Who should apply?
We welcome Scandinavian companies looking for:
- New suppliers or subcontractors
- Specific products or semi-finished goods
- Long-term manufacturing or sourcing partnerships
Key sectors include:
Agri-food processing, wood and furniture, metalworking and machinery, construction and joinery, yachts and boats, tourism, and IT/ICT.
Companies wishing to sell products or services are also welcome to apply; however, funded participation depends on successful B2B matching with Polish partners.
